Sometimes, guilt can be a useful motivator, but I love that it just doesn’t belong on the yoga mat.
When circumstances conspired that I wasn't at the studio for the last few weeks, I felt so guilty. I squeezed in one or two home sessions, but not anything resembling a regular practice.

The Nike adage says it all: Just do it! If you want to lose weight, improve your yoga practice, or excel at anything in life, it just takes practice -- daily practice -- which requires self-discipline.
