Hi Tara! I absolutely love your workouts and I really need to strengthen my
arms. My problem is that I have myofascial pain syndrome and have a very
active trigger point in my shoulder that requires steroid shots to control.
I was wondering if you had any suggestions on how to strengthen the arms
without putting too much pressure on the shoulder? I am currently able to
do downward-facing dog and I know that helps, but after that I'm at a loss!
Will give it a try. I just wish you listed the names of the poses along with more instructions.
