Physical: Opens ankles, hips, tops of feet
Emotional: Empowering yet meditative
Rx for: Relieves knee pain if practiced without pain

1. Stand up on your knees. Lower your bottom down as you widen the distance between your feet and bring your knees closer together. The tops of your feet will be on the floor, toes facing back. Keep your thigh bones parallel.
2. Sit up tall and breathe. When you are ready, slowly walk your hands behind you so you rest your weight on your forearms.
3. Gaze softly upwards. To go even further, release your body completely to the floor. Your hands will be down by your sides. Keep your gaze up.
