Lie on your back. Shift your hips slightly to the right by lifting your pelvis and sliding your hips over. Cross your right thigh over your left thigh (like you’re sitting on a cocktail stool) and let your knees roll to the right side of your body. Bend your arms at the elbows with your forearms parallel to one another. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths before crossing the opposite leg over and repeating on the other side.
