From Seated Upright Twist take the right arm on the inside of the thigh and wrap it behind you, around the body. Take the left arm behind you and reach for the right wrist. Lift in the sternum and straighten out the spine.
Hint: You can grab your waistband or use a towel or strap if you cannot grab your wrist and want to deepen the Seated Twist.Avoid if experiencing disk injuries, hernia, pregnancy (gentle twists are fine), severe sciatica, severe asthma.
