1. Stand straight, feet hip-width apart and parallel.
2. Reach fingertips to floor.
3. Turn toes out about 45 degrees, bend knees.
4. Lower buttocks into a squat, bring torso upright.
5. Palms come together in prayer position, elbows press out against inside of knees.
6. Hold for 5 to 10 breaths.
7. Lower fingertips to floor, turn feet parallel, straighten legs and move into a forward fold.
8. Bring hands to hips, straighten torso back to standing.
