Benefits:

1. Sit on floor, soles of feet together, hold big toes with first two fingers and thumbs.
2. Lower thighs toward the floor.
3. Keeping spine straight, slowly lower chest toward the floor.
4. Once you cannot go any farther while keeping spine straight, lower forehead toward the floor.
5. Hold for 5 breaths.
6. To come up, slightly lift head then torso

I always feel like I have to hold this one for a while.. is it considered cheating if I do it while watching TV??
